Our preschool early education program offers structured learning opportunities to foster confidence while preparing for elementary school. Our goal is to help your child develop a love of learning and a sense of independence. Throughout the day, your child can move through the classroom, working with art materials, reading books, building with blocks & manipulatives, participating in dramatic play, and using fine motor materials. We focus on learning social and verbal skills that will prepare them for a more structured classroom setting.
Meals & Snacks
Little Sprouts of Idaho offers breakfast, lunch, and snacks at set times every day. Meals follow the USDA food program and are balanced for optimal nutrition.
Please inform us of any allergies or food restrictions so we can work together to make the necessary arrangements.
What to Bring
Each child should have 1 full change of clothing labeled with their full name. Extra underwear is appreciated in case of an accident. Children should also have a blanket for nap time.
Please do not send your child in any clothing that you do not want to get dirty.
Daily Schedule
Each day consists of feeding, naptime, dynamic play, music, dancing, arts & crafts, puzzles, reading, and outside play (weather permitting). Games and activities are focused on preparing children for school. Activities are centered on the alphabet, creative arts, literacy, math, and science, as well as appropriate manners.
